I can listen to some on the left that I may disagree with vehemently but not think they are a nut case.
I can listen to people on the far left and far right (and up and down) who I may vehemently disagree and I do not think they are nut cases.
Disagreeing or having oppositional opinions is not the criteria for being a nutcase.
Virtually every republican (most are even embarrassed to use the word these days) I know in real life think Rush is a serious nutcase.
I don't know how anyone can listen to him for more than five minutes without realizing there is something seriously amiss with the dude! Again, the fact that he has followers is astounding nay, scary!

Well he is one of the most successful nut cases around then. Last year he got a contract renewed. $400,000,000 for ten more years. There must be a tad few out there who find him compelling. Not all of them are idiots either.
