First, is it not obvious that this is a very slanted opinion piece? I'm doubtful that it's even an accurate description of what went down. If you find a video of what actually happened, let me know. It sounds like the author really wants you to think something scary happened, but it sounds more like Animal House.

Second, you said, "Democratic candidate for governor of Oregon hosting Antifa in his headquarters where they celebrate and reenact the assassination attempt of Ronald Reagan." This implies that they were joking about assassinating Obama or Hillary or some prominent democrat. Instead it turns out to be a skit related to some history in Japan of all places? That's not honest.

Extremely low. That Republicans say they would support him by slight majority if he were to do it is not good, though. And Republican opinion tends to shift in favor of extreme Republican actions over time after right-wing propaganda gets to them. That about half already favor it suggests how soft the opposition to such a thing already is.

Somewhat better chance that Trump creates a cloud of doubt around a loss if he loses in a way that creates total chaos.
