It's too late for a couple of reasons.
1 - you're already dead - you committed suicide remember?
2 - Jared, by this point, has probably already committed suicide himself, because of your wretched, mocking behavior. If not suicide, he's probably at the least lost all self esteem, and has no hope for a productive future life.
