In before every town's police force gets a bunch of calls from people reporting similar looking vehicles in their town. At least here in the South I don't think I've ever lived anywhere that didn't have at least one that looks just like that.

I have only ever seen a vanifesto while driving out west and it reads as “danger” to me as a man in a trench coat offering to sell you hot wares must do to someone who has always lived in the country. The liberal equivalent to this I see all the time is a beater gas efficient vehicle sporting a million liberal slogan number stickers as if that was the paint job. But the negative reading of that is “flakey” rather than “menacing.”
