The Mormon in me has a sneaking suspicion that the reward for reaching perfection is damnation.

He is all fault who hath no fault at all.

Yes, I said the word "lie" a bunch of times, that's because it was what occurred.
But what you ignore is the SUBSTANCE, EVIDENCE, and RATIONALE that I also provide..... Thus, you never learn a thing..... remaining forever ignorant, forever bigots.

1. King Pharaoh, whose name is given in the characters above his head.

2. Prince of Pharaoh, King of Egypt, as written above the hand.

3. Shulem, one of the king's principal waiters, as represented by the characters above his hand.

4. Olimlah, a slave belonging to the prince.

And there you have it: SUBSTANCE, EVIDENCE, AND RATIONAL.

LeeUniverse, I am putting you on IGNORE!!! And you know what you can do with Fascsimile No. 3. Shove it.

You're history, boy.

Hi ThreeSheets,

She would have been better off just acknowledging that when Christ taught "A house divided can not stand" (why in the world she made the choice to quote Lincoln instead of Christ) and kept the article with simply stating that yes, there are different opinions among LDS Persons, and we should all do our best to get along and not judge each other.

Perhaps, BUT, don't forget that,
Dr. Shades wrote:For example, exmormons (who were almost invariably Chapel Mormons before they left the church) are routinely castigated by Internet Mormons as having never understood their religion in the first place, while Chapel Mormons often tell apologists that they were never taught such radical notions in their ward or branch.

It's not really possible for Internet and Chapel Mormons to accept each other as both believe the other is more or less in apostasy.

Of course the article is filled with errors from the perspective of YOU, an Internet Mormon. As it goes, those on either side of the schism see those on the other side as in apostasy. Precisely as Dr. Shades observed. Schisms are like that.

This is one of the most important articles I've ever read. It is probably THE most important article ever printed in Meridian.

The splinters continue. That is what happens when doctrine is inconsistent.

Yes, "house divided"' should be ascribed to Lincoln when referring to politics, and to Jesus when referring to religion. Maybe she is unaware that it originally came from Matthew 12:25?

Admittedly, we are in very different situations. You have to deal with it everyday, I don't.
