Also says Trump is a danger to America, lies too much, and has not been an effective leader.
Sounds like Colin Powell is into understatement.

He said he would never say this about any other President, but he had to admit Trump lies.

Yeah... he's into understatement.

Trump didn't like a poll CNN posted that showed him way behind Biden, so he had his lawyers send a cease and desist letter to CNN demanding they remove it and apologize. He employed a terrible polling company provide evidence of bias on the part of CNN'a poll, but the evidence it produced was riddled with logical and factual errors. What a joke of a president.

I just read about that. What made me laugh was them trying to claim that the poll didn't reflect the opinion of the American people. How do they know? I wonder how they could claim that without looking at a poll.

But it's typical or Trumpistan. Don't like the data? Deny the data. Same s*h*i*t, different day.

It only becomes ever more obvious that there is nothing Trump will not try to insure his reelection, if he thinks he can get away with it. I would not be the least bit surprised if he tried to suspend the election by declaring martial law on some flimsy pretext or other. I would not even be greatly surprised if he tried to arrange assassination of his opponent.
No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

It's hilarious they want a retraction and an apology.

My response would be, When you retract and apologize for the hundreds of lies you've told about CNN, we'll consider your request. Otherwise, f-uck off man-baby.

With Trump signaling over and over the intent to suppress a fair election and dispute one if it occurs, my sense of the upcoming election is similar to watching news reports of a CAT 5 hurricane bearing down on a coast with people not acting like an emergency is about to occur.

Watching numerous spring elections occur where the administration was an absolute nightmare with the burden for voting falling particularly hard on urban areas and minority communities and alarm over this fact not really penetrate as deep as it should have makes me wonder how this is gonna go.

Right now, all the evidence suggests Biden is up by a ton. And that might be out of the window of where widespread voter suppression, potential foreign assistance, and the like can alter an outcome, though it may have Congressional implications regardless. At the same time, it doesn't take much for public opinion to swing a few points back the other way. Margins matter.
