Two more bite the dust!
A genetic testing lab just released data that according to DNA testing, Mosiah Hancock and Oliver Buell, the darlings of the polyandry crowd, are definately NOT Joseph Smith's offspring.

How do you know that? The pool has been diluted so much in the past that you could not POSSIBLY identify ancestry.
Silly girl, tricks are for kids!
And crawling on the planet's face
Some insects called the human race
Lost in time
And lost in space...and meaning

I hate to be the one to tell you this, charity, but that doesn't prove Joseph didn't have sex with his polyandrous wives. Not every sexual encounter results in a pregnancy (I'm sure you know this and are simply ignoring this fact).

Why do you care? Joseph Smith would not have been wrong to have sex with his wives, would he?
We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.

And, by the way, Josephine Lyon is the real darling.

Ongoing research includes evaluation of Josephine Lyon (Sylvia Sessions Lyon) autosomal DNA. "Hundreds of DNA samples from male and female descendants of both Josephine Lyon and Joseph Smith have been collected and are being analyzed with the objective of identifying lineage-specific markers..." (Perego, Woodward, Journal of Mormon History, Vol 32, No.2 fn 39). Descendants of Josephine participating in this study have indicated the research is "promising" in confirming Josephine as a daughter of Joseph Smith. The researchers are also hoping to study the other possible children of Joseph Smith and welcome the involvement of descendants.

Funny thing is, if the results showed he did father some bastard children, you and your MAAD gaggle would just say that it does not matter because Casper the holy ghost rubbed you with his warm and fuzzy.charity wrote:A genetic testing lab just released data that according to DNA testing, Mosiah Hancock and Oliver Buell, the darlings of the polyandry crowd, are definately NOT Joseph Smith's offspring.
Incase you have not noticed, him having sex with other men, women, and children is not the reason life long members exit TSCC.
So if you defenders do not believe he had any sex with his wives, then please explain why all others before and after him did.
Additionally, if he did not have any marital relations with the women, why does TSCC use the term POLYGAMY when discussing this principle that he restored?
Polygamy does not mean spiritual sealing.

What goes around comes around. In Joseph's case, he got exactly what he deserved.
