Changes made to the Book of Mormon.
I queried about that all important change to the introduction of the Book of Mormon which would really lead to a change in doctrine and I was told that NO change has been made that affects the doctrine of the church and that there has been some 4000 changes made but only to punctuation. You guys getting my knickers in a twist thinking the Book of Mormon had been ammended for nothing. Tut tut. :P
Just punched myself on the face...

True, on the surface, changing "white and delightsome" to "pure and delightsome" doesn't change doctrine. It just adds a single log to the racism bonfire that the early church cultivated.
These people that say the changes were "punctuation and spelling only" are bald faced liars.

They also changed "Behold the mother of God!" to "Behold the mother of the son of God!"
That's a major change in doctrine, because it indicates that Joseph originally believed in the Trinity, but only later changed his mind to there being three separate gods.

Or both of them are correct.

I'm gonna go with both. I fixed my Book of Mormon so it says both.
