Over at MADB I noticed a thread discussing the book "How Greek Philosophy Corrupted the Christian Concept of God" by Richard R. Hopkins.
For those who don't know, Hopkins is another outcast from FAIR. They accused him of using FAIR funds inappropriately and ousted him. He and I talked about it on the phone a few years back. Since then, Hopkins set himself up to be one of those FARMS "reviews" that slams LDS apologists; you know, so they can claim some sense of objectivity by occassionally bullying one of their own.
Anyway, I got a kick out of the way one day an apologist has great stuff and the next day he is a loser. FAIR used to sell books by Hopkins, but now people like Juliann seem to treat it as thought it is worthless. I can't find his book listed on the FAIR bookstore web page.
But they still sell Ed Watson, the Browns and other authors who have even less expertise than Hopkins.

I have read this book and met Richard. I liked him. He seemed like a nice fellow.

Didn't that sort of happen to you when they kicked you off MA&D, calling you all sorts of names, but continued to post your Book of Abraham essay?
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"
