the words "retard" "retarded" and other such variants (Utards) when used to insult, evaluate or describe the intelligence of others from this board?

I posted a rant a while ago in the telestial because of the filter used by this site to edit certain words. It's ridiculous. Censor yourselves. If someone uses a word that you think is inappropriate, call them out on it like you did in the other thread. Make them look stupid for using the word. But don't "ban" certain words or phrases. Lame.
