I have to laugh because I bought into it for 30+ years!

the church is no laughing matter. It represents the ability for those seeking wish fulfillment centering around power trips.

I voted "It's funny because laughing at it assuages the pain from it."

You can find humor in anything if you look for any period of time at all, and the church has a ton of things that are laughable, number one being the fact that there are people who actually hold it sacred. You only really have two choices here: either laugh at the people, or pity them. I'd rather laugh.

And yeah, if I didn't laugh at it, I might just jump off a tall temple thinking about it.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

There are teachings and certain aspects of the church that are truly laughable, but taken as a whole the church is not funny at all.
