Huh? Can you explain how the ERA would give you more free time?

Women wouldn't have to work longer and harder than men in order to take home the same pay. C'mon, Nehor. You can do the math.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

You seriously think that the ERA would have ended the gap in wages between men and women?

LOL, you are naïve. You do know that wage discrimination is illegal anyways right?

The ERA would have magically solved the problem that other laws have not.
That's General Leo. He could be my friend if he weren't my enemy.

Of course, how could I not see that?

So Harmony, are there any actual effects that the ERA would have had that would increase your freedom?

I hold equal contempt for all politicians, both Democrats and Republicans. Well, that is probably not entirely true. I do loathe Democrats a tad bit more, simply because they are the main proponents of the welfare state. They demonize business, corporations, and capitalism and make it harder for them to succeed through legislation and bureacracy, yet they want a healthy economy and everyone to have jobs (so they say).

But both parties have drifted from the true purpose of our government - to secure our rights and our liberty. Instead, the infringe and tread on just about every facet of our life, through taxation and regulation, and they seek more and more constantly.
“A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take away everything that you have.”
