From the trib:
But Helen Radkey, a critic of the Salt Lake City-based Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, said Monday that research shows Mormons have both baptized Damien by proxy and "sealed" him for eternity to a wife named Marie Damien.

There is no evidence Damien ever married, which would have been a violation of his vow of celibacy

Too funny. What if Marie Damien was his sister? Would the sealing hold? Remember, "what is bound on earth is bound in heaven." Creepy.

Maybe one of the beaurocratic wonks at 55 N. Temple can accidently "seal" me to Megan Fox or perhaps any of the Sportsillustrated swimsuit models. There will be a hefty tip for the person who lets me copulate with a hottie for the eternities.

That is hilarious. Would it be possible to accidentally seal someone to the same gender? A gay sealing. Suppose someone had a gender neutral name, like Pat or Chris, and the sealer just assumed it was a woman but it was actually a guy. I wonder if the gay sealing would hold.

Speaking of which, I remember reading about a brother-sister sealing in the 19th century church. The reasoning given was that we're all just spirit brothers and sisters anyways, so there's no harm in brothers and sisters being wed as a couple for eternity. I don't remember how accurate the account was though; I'd have to check my notes.

As intractable as that idea is in our day and age, if you accept the notion that we're all literal spirit sons and daughters of God, it becomes hard to argue with that reasoning.
