I think any drug use is the path ultimately to death; the point I was making is that subjective experience is the only kind of "experience" we can individually know, and that the "objective" as well as the "subjective" are ultimately socially defined.

I understand where you are coming from, but in my life I have found that drugs cannot help you in any way to develop a pure heart. That comes from direct communion with the spirit, through a path of discipline. Drugs may appear to be a shortcut, but that is illusion.
