Some of those Herriman bench homes look like your late construction bubble palace/mcmansions. It must be tempting to try and make some "free" money to pay for one's overextended and underwater mortgage.
Of course, the banks probably don't mind at all. Better to rip off the goverment or an insurance carrier to pay the mortgage and the overleveraged, underwater banks.
Our whole capitalistic system is one eternal fraud. Glad to know that church leaders have a global perspective and are not just moralizing from their Western states, regional ethno-centric viewpoint, but are engaging financial dishonesty wherever it may occur...wait, they are, and they are not, respectively.
