Is the Deseret News being short staffed some sort of herald for Writing Missions? That could well be a counterpart to having Ranch Hand Missions at the Church's big Florida ranch.

I don't see the problem with speculating about public figures. We do that with celebrities, politicians, and other public figures. When you make yourself available to the public arena then it shouldn't come as a surprise that people will want to talk about you, what you write, who you are, etc...

To expect anything else seems bizarre to me.

Thank you for your response. I almost considered putting a little time and effort into a rebuttal wherein I would take exception to the idea of considering a person a public figure for the illustrious achievement of having a review of the 'Yogi Bear' movie published in a city newspaper and lay out my reasons for thinking so, but it would be so much easier and take much less time to just call the idea ridiculously stupid.
