Chris is a student of Mormonism, not a critic.

I hadn't heard that Chris was able to gain access to either the documents themselves or the high-resolution scans.

My recollection was the Will Schryver posted here to make it clear that he did have access to the scans while the riffraff here at MDB were left out in the cold.

Could it be that Chris was able to do most of his analysis based on other sources, like the lo-res photos the Tanner's obtained (from Metcalfe?) or from the same photos that Larsen had?

I dunno, but maybe Chris can clear this up for us. Or Will if he's able to post here...

I saw the papyri, not the KEP. (But I haven't asked to see the KEP.)

Blind, ignorant backslappin' and nothing more.

You don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about. You crack me up. Ten bucks says you're laughed at behind your back by your peers wherever it is you practice your unique form of "academia."

"... keep up the good work ..."

Unique form of academia? What does that even mean?

Talk about showing your ignorance...

For the record, I have spent a good deal of time discussing KEP issues with Don Bradley, who does know something about these documents. Don and I have been discussing them since our BYU days, and some of the things we talked about appear to have some resonance with what Chris is saying. That is why I am excited about it. Nice to have my intuitions affirmed in this way.

But do continue to pursue your sub-Schryverian insults. They are so charming in the way they make you look like a disagreeable fool.
