You are correct, again, of course, as always. Your statement is clearly verified by the fact that the Mormon Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is a Democrat who was elected and re-elected in the Mormon-rich Utah satellite State of Nevada.

The percentage of Nevada residents who are Mormon is approximately 7.4%. Who elected Harry Reid? How many TBM Latter day Saints do you think jump up into the lap of the Nevada gaming industry, with big, wide, puppy dog eyes, and beg? How many do you think support the dismantling of the United States economy, the turning of the American health care system into the local DMV, and limitless central government power?

Perhaps the Tea Party Crazy that the Republicans picked to run against Harry Reid in the last election was not quite crazy enough (or perhaps it was the fact that this particular Crazy was female).

We have a large project in Las Vegas and had meetings with Harry Reid's staff just before, and not long after, the 2010 election, which Angle was expected to win by most pollsters.

What the more moderate Republicans failed to do was hold their nose and get out the vote for Angle (especially the Hispanic vote).

When we met with them in early 2011, some of his staff were obviously somewhat surprised to still have jobs.

I got tired of his (Kerry's) videos early on because he'd spend five minutes telling you how absolutely stupendous, etc., whatever he was going to tell you is, then spend a couple of minutes making his point, and then spend another five minutes telling you how wonderful, important, etc., the point is that he just made.

Whatever Angle is or isn't, Harry Reid is a relentless and power stupefied statist and member of an entrenched permanent political class for whom the wielding of political power is the very core of existence and who has no conception whatsoever of what a limited government of few and well enumerated powers is. The modern Democratic party is, properly speaking, a post-American political party, and Harry Reid is one of its most powerful enablers.
