This is not a pic of my pie. My pie is currently in the fridge cooling and setting prior to spreading whipped cream on top. I used the America's Test Kitchen recipe.
I have to say a couple of things about this pie.
1. It kicked my butt.
2. It is the Venus of pies.
Hopefully everyone will someday get the chance to make and/or eat one of these things. It is a slightly religious experience.
