Yes and no.

My husband and I have been married for 25 years. Yes, I'm 47 rather than 22, and I have a few stretch marks from the pregnancies of our 3 kids, but he still thinks I'm the sexiest thing around.

Right, more than looks play a part in the package. But I don't think it is a good idea to pretend that each component don't matter. There are plenty of things that a person can do (or not do) that will result in a loss of sexual attraction from their partner.
