The problem with that is Romney has correctly understood how and why Obamacare is unconstitutional.

Yeah, I am sure all of us are experts in interpreting the Commerce Clause (especially bcspace, despite the disagreement of other conservative legal experts). Slam dunk.

I think you are correct in concluding that Mitt Romney believes that his patriarchal blessing belongs in the US Constitution. I think Senator Hatch may believe the same thing.
