The American Civil Liberties Union of Utah is filing a lawsuit against Brigham City, and it revolves around the new temple of The Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The city is enforcing "Free Speech Zones," they say, for safety reasons and to handle the large crowds. But the three sidewalk areas being kept to only temple foot traffic are public property, and some groups say their first amendment rights are being taken away.
That includes some of the non-LDS groups that are often seen passing out pamphlets at events such as open houses.

Where they are enforcing the free speech zones is well off the track where visitors-99% LDS are bussed to the lower parking garage. these Mormons will never know the free speechers even exist.
one clear item is that this is a Mormon show for mormons- there are helpers every 5 feet from the garage to the top. everything so reverent and silent. the rooms built in the lower parking garage for the 9 minute video are so noisy since they are not covered.
and don't be fooled by the guide who shows you some intricate crown molding all notched that it was hand carved-yes carved nicely with a machine.
the cookies and h20 at the end are nice except you must eat them inside giving those ever present mishs and opportuinty to tell you abt the temple and everything Mormon in it.
i give the temple a c-
just sayin

This was a Boner Candidate today on the Radio From Hell show. Love that show and just had to use this as an excuse to pimp it.
