I know that others on this board (Analytics comes to mind) have recommended specific Ted Talks in the past, but I would just like to recommend the Ted Talks site in general.
Ted Talks are usually around 17-20 minutes long, and can cover a vast array of subjects. Imagine the best of the best college lectures you've attended and you get the idea.
Currently I'm working through Bill Gates' favorite talks. Very Interesting.
I don't recommend this site as a liberal or conservative, but just a clearinghouse of stimulating ideas.
