The "Key Indicators" chart was very interesting. Over 36,000 convert baptisms from 09 to 13 but only just over 5,000 increase in sacrament meeting attendance. The goal for 2014 was strange too. In every other year, the sacrament meeting attendance was much less than the number of convert baptisms yet their goal is to baptize around 8500 people and increase SM attendance by 9000? Doesn't seem very realistic. But then again who knows how accurate these numbers are in the first place.

Sacrament Attendance figures are an average of the manual headcount that's done in the wards twice a month, so it's as accurate as that is.
Personally I'd say 100,000 across 1,455 congregations (an average of 68 per ward!) is just about close enough.
Any growth in Sacrament attendance numbers is coming from the balance of more births than deaths, not convert retention.
That said, with the Book of Mormon, we are not dealing with a civilization with no written record. What we are dealing with is a written record with no civilization. (Runtu, Feb 2015)

Increase in sacrament attendance should be reduced by the increase in missionaries in order to get to a real number.
"I have more to boast of than ever any man had. I am the only man that has ever been able to keep a whole church together since the days of Adam. ... Neither Paul, John, Peter, nor Jesus ever did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I." - Joseph Smith, 1844
