A proposed zoning ordinance for Fairfax County, VA limits "group assembly" at residences to 49 people a day. Such gatherings "shall not occur more frequently than three times in any 40-day period."
County officials say they have received complaints about group meetings at homes. But Herrity said "they haven't even reached 1 percent of the thousands of complaints our Department of Code Compliance investigates a year."

7 of the 10 County Supervisors are Democratic, and this county is easily considered as being affiliated with the Democratic party. This type of proposed legislation merely confirms the manner by which Democrats promote elitism and suppression of individual private liberty.

What in the crap is a “group assembly” and who gets to define it?
Maybe I’m missing something, but this seems stupid to me.
