Congress most certainly can give you that -

I guess I should take comfort in what you are saying, but the federal government confiscates a rather large portion of my personal gross product. I would like to think that I am getting something in return besides waste and inefficiency. At least with the Church, if I send them 10% I get useless promises of blessings after death. Congress can't even give me that!

Amen

I haven't been that big of a fan of John Boehner lately, but I would much rather have him as Speaker of the House than Louis Gohmert any day.

Yeah, I know you would. I think the Crominbus spending package disappointed me even more than the amnesty and refusal to enforce the border. I just don't see how the chamber of commerce Republicans are much better for me as a common taxpayer than the moderate Democrats. How would Jeb Bush be a better president for me than Hillary Clinton?

You get far more in return than you could ever pay. You just don't realize it.

So he is the Republican dream chairman, big deal.
