Yahoo Bot for me.
Edited to make clear that Bot is my favorite because I genuinely like the guy, and I genuinely enjoy his posts, even when I don't see things the same way he does. I dig his sense of humor, too. So he's my favorite because he's legit my favorite.

I don't think fence sitter is a mop.
I'd probably include subgenius, But what do i know.

I need more criteria to vote. Are you asking who is the most likable, or who is the favorite troll to actually read?
MG is a class act.
I like BCspace... he never gives an inch and sometimes is very good at logical fallacies.
Favorite mop to read to understand the insanity of Mormonism is faqs....

In a way I'd exclude several of them based on the lack of resemblance between what they defend and the public face of the LDS church.
In fact, on that basis, perhaps there is really no such thing as a mopologist - DCP was right and Dr Scratch et al have been wrong all along

Here are a few of his quotes:
Well Mister Chung, I don't know where you've been; but some form of Mesoamerican LGT has been the dominant view in LDS scholarly circles since 1950 at the latest.
The most common "folklore" view has always been the "hemispheric" model. The silly, parochial, US-centric "Heartland" model is a recent innovation.
Why don't you try talking to some real believing Mormons sometime?

Yes, you flourish that at me as if it somehow supports your position. (Is it your position? Do you actually believe what you are arguing, or are you being a hypocrite?) However, the record shows that Moroni's plates were not buried in Mormon's Cumorah, per Momon 6:6. The connection between Mormon's Cumorah and the New York hill modernly called Cumorah is a matter of popular usage, if not sentiment, and has no basis in revealed doctrine.

How? By posting a scan of a document you know perfectly well does not represent the actual position of the Church?
I don't know if you killed the conversation, but you certainly demonstrated that you're not interested in the facts of the matter.

I also rather suspect that you know perfectly well that the secretary of any organisation in the Church is not that organisation's "ecclesiastical mouthpiece."
With your characteristic dishonesty, you are attempting to puff up the secretary's authority.

As you must know, if you are half as well informed as you so loudly and incessantly boast, the real apologetic argument put forward by Gee et al is that a great deal of the papyri Joseph once had is now missing, and therefore, absent any authoritative statement on the subject from Joseph or someone close to him, any speculation about which bit of papyrus was the (or a) source for the Book of Abraham is necessarily inconclusive.

Well, I evidently can't vote, but I tried to select bcspace. Because he is a caricature of a Mopologist, but completely genuine at the same time, he deserves to wear the moniker, but only in the best sense of the word. Oh, and I find his perspective completely appalling.

It won't let me vote.
If I could vote, it would either be LDSfaqs or Yahoo bot. They're both cut from the same cloth and they are both hilarious.
