MD Friends,
I have been "called" to serve in one of the many cyber wards and stakes popping up as a result of the John Dehlin excommunication. I am humbled by the trust that has been placed in me and am looking forward to exciting work ahead! I imagine that my participating here and at other boards will dwindle -- although I hope I can still participate from time-to-time.

I'm confused, (not unusual), but what are these so-called 'Cyber Wards and Stakes'?
A friendship that requires agreement in all things, is not worthy of the term friendship.

And, in the extreme unliklihood that it is not a joke, what is the name of the organization that these "cyber wards and stakes" are a part of?

Intellectually I understand DAMU to be "Disaffected Mormon Underground" But every time I see that acronym I can't help buy calling it the "Damn You". So it would be... "The Church of the Holy Damn You." Which, as I think about it, isn't a bad name.Ludd wrote:The Church of the Holy DAMU?

I suggest an update to reflect the expanding demographic, to Disaffected Mormon Nation, with the name of the new online organization being, 'The Church of the Holy DAMNation'.
