Hey hagoth7,
In the other thread you made this comment -

What motive do you feel is behind the Church feeling they need to judge when a member is ready to learn about certain historical issues?

And what are the guidelines for discovering those members who are ready and what are the instruction materials available for those members determined to be ready. Do you know people who have been instructed by the church because they have been determined to be ready?

Following this train of thought we can say with certainty that nobody was ready prior to the essays, and now that the Church has released them, everyone is ready. This leads us to determine that the deciding factor in a persons readiness was wether or not the activity of members was suffering.
