I can't help but notice that this board is incredibly active during the day. I have to wonder if anyone actually works around here.
So which one are you?
1. Out of work bum. 2. I live off government assistance. 3. I work McDonald's drive through and post between cars. 4. I'm the boss and I can do whatever the hell I want.
Personally, I'm both an out of work bum and technically we live off government assistance. And every penny of that crap was earned!

“The ideal subject of totalitarian rule is not the convinced Nazi or the dedicated communist, but people for whom the distinction between fact and fiction, true and false, no longer exists.”

My work is done on the computer, so I can pop in and out whenever I need a breather. I'm my own boss so I don't have anyone looking over my shoulder. I will admit to having considered firing myself a few times.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

My hours are long and inconvenient, but admittedly I don't have to do much most of the time. I'm kind of getting tired of that fact. I want to get out on my own into a private practice so bad. But I'm stuck here for a while for family reasons.
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

I would imagine that starting a private practice is complicated and expensive in your field. Would you buy an existing practise or start a new one from the ground floor?

You have to wait around and find an older optometrist who is ready to get out and is willing to seller finance you.
