Frankly I hope the global warmers have a great day with govt subsidies in the next FEW (3-5) years. Truth is those of us who can afford to put big bucks from our portfolios into taxpayer subsidized investments get the biggest free ride on public fear and ignorance. The expected windfall from subsidies in those investments is built into the price at the point you buy them. You're better off buying a Vanguard mutual fund. Work harder at being a pretend wealthy person.
