The OP is more about the University finding it necessary to issue an apology for the photo which was
1. Obviously consented to
2. Likely documents underage drinking at a university associated event
3. Has no real meaning to anyone
So, why the need to issue the apology? Is this merely a recruitment strategy by the college?
