My students (there were a lot...) have said on 10-20 years anniversaries, that I could tell jokes with Great Stone Face.
Nowadays, our grandchildren are learning this way of talking...
You are gem on the crown of this board.
The Buster Keaton reference is enough proof.
He was the original, only Charlie Chaplin came close to that. He came close enough to tie for second if only there were a third, for the record.
As soon as you concern yourself with the 'good' and 'bad' of your fellows, you create an opening in your heart for maliciousness to enter. Testing, competing with, and criticizing others weaken and defeat you. - O'Sensei

Nothing to do with Trump or muslims, but the pole position of Outer Darkness is mine forever (that another damned illness of association...).
My bookshelf is closed. --- In the last decade the book prices reached the sky. Our retired pay (as a couple over 65) is a little lower than American poverty level. --- Everything (OK, near everything) is available/readable on Internet. Pirates do it! --- Today, I have 20 (15? 40?) TERAbytes downloaded to read. I am 70, I have 30 years to read all. I acknowledge any counsel about priority of order - if the 30 becomes less than 30.

That's ldsfaqs for you. He can't articulate his opinion, but he has a link for you, and he doesn't even know enough to know that his link has already been thoroughly disproven. If I didn't know he's been doing this routine for years, I would think he was just an obnoxious troll, a TBM nut job character created by a committee of exmormons to make Mormons look bad online. ldsfaqs can't be real, can he? And if he is real, he must be unique. There can't be many people that think the way he does. But then I see Trump's poll numbers and realize that Trump is a genius. He is going after the idiot demographic, and it is bigger than anyone realized. He might actually win with this strategy.

Yeah, I've read a ton of articles on Trump and read a ton of his supporters' comments, and I've yet to read from anyone a well considered, thoughtful opinion on why he should be president. Usually, they are incoherent and somewhat racist. These are not smart people.
If Trump really is smart, he's doing this to destroy the GOP - and it's working incredibly well.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

Trump is smart. But even smart people can do incredibly stupid things. We really do need an effective two party system in this country. So destroying either one isn't going to help us. Trump is a perfect reflection of what the Republican Party has become. This isn't the Eisenhower Republican Party. Hell not even "Saint" Ronnie could get the nomination in this Republican Party primary.

Ain't that the truth!
