I've wondered if there were a few main factors that inspires someone to start to break away from a cult. Maybe being more of a thinker, being offended for simply asking questions others don't like and maybe a tendency toward favoring truth over social acceptance?
My experience has shown that often sharing information with TBMs is seen as anti-Mormon and my intent to help them avoid financial & psychological pain inherent in cult membership - backfires.
