On Superbowl Sunday, All catering trucks should be allowed to stock beer and drive through residential neighborhoods jingling like ice cream trucks, stopping for thirsty patrons who hear the call.
Everyone could continue to get sloshed in their own homes. Traffic deaths would fall, although there may be a rise in domestic abuse.
Here in San Francisco, there are dozens of places in town that will deliver marijuana to your doorstep. Combining THAT with munchies would be an interesting delivery service.
