That's a good question. I don't know that the investment would be worth the Russians' time. I do think that a number of us have at one point or another been manipulated by Russian disinformation, including myself during the 2016 election. I was pretty upset with the DNC at the time, as someone who was a supporter of Bernie Sanders, and I don't doubt that my anger was stoked partly by some Russian disinformation, although I could not recall now for you which things were suspicious. Since we have seen AI posters here, it is certainly possible. We should probably have a policy of banning AI posts, unless they are marked in a way that makes them easily recognizable as AI. It is clear that we are all the targets of disinformation and information warfare, so we ought to take this issue seriously.
