I think he was oblivious to the sexism, but I doubt that anyone else missed it. Sexism and paternalism - great combo.
Accusations of “sexism” reflects others’
ideological lens more than my actual intent...
Recognizing the intent of a mentalgymnast is irrelevant. Whether he intended it or not, his comments were sexist.
... As is par for the course certain critics are predisposed to see me in the worst possible light rather than engaging directly with my arguments...
Wrong again. Mentalgymnast's arguments were engaged with directly, AND his sexism was pointed out.
...We end up with sidetracks (as we see here), strawmen, flak throwing, and the like...
Third strike. Mentalgymnast's sexism has been addressed, and mentalgymnast's arguments have been addressed. His faux-victimization is akin to egregious flopping in basketball. Everyone sees it.
...Used to it! ...
Here's where mentalgymnast gives himself away. If he's used to people noticing his sexism, why hasn't he learned to not do it? We can add introducing sexism to the list of behaviors he knows are inappropriate but that he uses to distract and disrupt, along with a) breaking the AI rule multiple times, b) breaking the link-and-run rule multiple times, c)stereotyping people different than himself multiple times, d) passive-aggressive insults that he pretends he didn't mean multiple times, and e) etc., etc., etc. Multiple times.
Trolls use mental gymnastics, and mental gymnasts troll.
