Good grief, yes. The neglect of this seemingly small courtesy drives me up the wall.

Google has a bunch since it is PD. I can't download Google books from here, will have to go to library and download them to flash drive. Which of his works are the most heavily Masonic? I know some of the short stories, but I couldn't begin to think of which.

lulu...It's been a while since I visited this question, but I know that there was interest among early Mormons in the British Israelites. I think both George Miller and Don Bradley have done some investigation of this. Pm'ing either of them may lead you somewhere...

Much of this reads like the Book of Mormon. Including an emigration from Troy to Britain in pre-Roman times.

Dangit, Blixa, I wanted to lead LuLu and Morley off on a wild goose chase.

I really only remember Masonic references from The Man Who Would Be King. It was proof to me at the time that the Church was true. (Worse, it was even more of a proof because of a complex theory I'd formulated in my addled, adolescent brain.)

I got it from here: http://www.gutenberg.org/dirs/etext05/8king10h.htm
I see what you mean. It is a take-off from Joseph Smith.
My addled-adolescent brain thought that somehow I was related to Kipling

EVERY human being is somehow related to Jesus, no person any more or less. That is why so many of us can identify with His Suffering and have hope in the Resurrection.

Technically every person is earthly related to Adam and Noah. Jesus is just a distant cousin.
