Hey Don, what's the king's name in Facsimile No. 3? Speak up, I can't hear you?

Baptizing people into your cult is disgusting. You liar!

The Cavalry
A group for LDS missionaries dedicated to defending the faith. We focus on teaching missionaries how to deal with hard questions and gain mature testimonies. Here, you can:
- Ask doctrinal questions, D&C 88:77 "you shall teach one another the doctrine of the kingdom"
- Ask for references and documentation of certain doctrines and beliefs
ANSWER ALL ENTRY QUESTIONS OR YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED!
(If you are a General Authority, please reach out to one of the moderators)
This group is not meant to arm missionaries with Bible verses which they can take with them to a bash, but rather give missionaries the doctrinal and historical knowledge to defend their beliefs, and learn how to best interact with members of other faiths. Be sure to check out the files section for lots of excellent resources.
We are not here to bash. We are here to fulfill the commandment given in the Doctrine and Covenants Section 43:8 "that when ye are assembled together ye shall instruct and edify each other, that ye may know how to act". Be sure to attend our weekly zoom discussions in which we often have scholars in attendance. These are great opportunities to pick their brains and take notes!
What a shame that Don and Co lack the courage of their convictions. They want to hide in the shadows and leave young missionaries doing the debating. If they've got good objective evidentiary answers to difficult answers, then why aren't they out there themselves online fighting that good fight. Don Bradley shrunk away from here like a coward. The Cavalry hide behind Mummies petticoat and tell others to do the fighting. Cowards.
Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

I think it's funny how they seemingly don't want the GAs poking around, "if you are a GA contact a moderator". So clearly this is not sanctioned, or not really sanctioned by anyone with the authority. Reading the online rules for missionaries it seems any "help" from home should only be done at the approval of the mission president, I wonder how many MPs are wise to Calvary Facebook Group.

The other way of interpreting that, is that GA’s have been going to “The Cavalry” looking for answers themselves, for difficult questions they’ve got, or they’ve been asked but cannot answer.

The Cavalry (Dummies for Missionaries) with drippy apologists like Bradley & Smoot defend FALSE HISTORY contained in the silly Book of Abraham which features idiotic explanations that make a solid mockery of sacred Egyptian iconography! For shame!

Baby-boy Smoot (below) is the mummy to the far right. He thinks he's so damn smart. But he's so damn stupid!

Dummies for Missionaries

I'd like to test that theory:

What's King Pharaoh's name in Facsimile No. 3 and how do you spell "Shulem" with Egyptian characters? Who, according to Joseph Smith, was the first king of Egypt when the country was first formed in 2300 BC?

And that's just for starters!

Yeah, Bradley is a coward. And, Smoot is a dummy.

of course get the content without having to be in the group and seen by all the missionaries. I didn't think about this angle. Which just shows that if apologists really had the answers why aren't they GAs, and why would the guys with the mantle and supposed direct line to Jesus need the apologists to help them out?

Cause it's all made up and not internally consistent with their own doctrine.
