Oh boy. I can see why you say that. I can see the path. But that is a loose and lazy interpretation. To your point - the border and immigration can be framed as a bitch or a plan, using the same exact words.

The Democrats are relying on Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Newsom and Pritzker. And Jimmy Kimmel. Should be great. Maybe Warren will run for president and not be such a nuisance to Schumer.

It's redundant to call Republicans racist, just like it's redundant to call Republicans stupid. Racism and stupidity are the GOP brand (I'm being redundant myself - racism and stupidity are the same thing).

It's good when someone comes out defending the current GOP, because then you know you're dealing with someone who's slow and not really worth considering. You just politely dismiss their inevitable lunatic rantings.

Just got back from the local No Kings protest. That was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. It's lovely to see all the local people who aren't drowning in Kool-Aid. There are plenty of educated people still among us that actually understand the founding of this country. The signs and costumes were fantastic.

And I actually found it pretty funny when a MAGAte would drive by giving us all the finger. It's nice to know who the local idiots are. A common theme was pointing out how angry MAGAtes were as they drove by. We protesters were all smiling. One lady was in the habit of yelling loudly at them, "Have a nice day!" with the same tone as someone yelling, "Get off my lawn!" Made us laugh every time.

All in all, an excellent experience.
