I agree that to most people cultural Marxism seems obscure, but it does exist and Nazis really hate it. I do not doubt that is something you and most other people don’t really spend a lot of time thinking about.

Does anyone actually self-identify as a "cultural Marxist"? I seriously doubt it. And does the phenomenon labeled as "cultural Marxism" genuinely relate to the ideas of Karl Marx? Again, I have my doubts.

The whole concept strikes me as deeply ironic. American Eagle promotes blue-eyed, blonde women as having "good genes." Some people become sensitive or critical of this portrayal. Understandable. Such critics might commonly be labeled as "liberal" or "progressive," but I believe a more accurate description is "politically correct." Political correctness stems from recognizing that certain groups have historically faced disrespect or marginalization, leading to efforts to consciously portray these groups positively today. For instance, the politically correct action might involve highlighting a beautiful black woman and attributing "good genes" to her.

We can debate the merits or drawbacks of political correctness itself. However, my main issue is specifically with the term "cultural Marxist." It seems obvious to me that this term is strategically employed because right-wing focus groups have identified it as especially inflammatory or villainous. Consequently, it gets used intentionally as a rhetorical weapon in their broader campaign of hostility.

It is glaringly obvious to me that the hard left conservatives or MAGA types on this board just call anyone, who doesn't share their extreme ultra-right views, Marxists. To them opposing massive tax cuts for extremely wealthy oligarchs or wannabe oligarchs at the expense of further disadvantaging the least well-off citizens by taking away Medicare and other social security benefits they have paid into all their lives, is Marxism, as is dealing with their fellow humans with fairness, justice, compassion and genuine concern, as taught by Jesus Christ, in whom they claim to believe and worship.

True. Hound is relentlessly committed to his strategy of lampooning the identity politics of the extreme left. As I have repeatedly said in the past, identity politics are a loser of a strategy for anyone.

My visions of the future are fuzzy and could be in error. I project the politics of Epstein will make noise and then more noise and will be a distraction culminating in nothing.

But Hound does have a point about the stupidity of identity politics. This advertisement for jeans implying eugenics? That is dumb, really dumb. The author, Holly's, only excuse for such embarrassingly stupid statements is that she is being ruled by professional need to get more attention for her voice.

Actual Marxism is about economic class struggle: the working class (proletariat) vs. the elite (bourgeoisie). Marx believed the elite controlled the means of production and exploited workers by keeping the profits for themselves while paying workers just enough to survive. His solution? Revolution—workers seizing the means of production so the workers themselves benefited from what they produced instead of the elite.

Now take that same framework and apply it to culture instead of economics. Cultural Marxism means the working class rising up against the cultural elite. To understand that, you have to distinguish between “elite culture” and “working man’s culture.”

The purpose of this post is to respond to all of the progressive Marxist members who have posted on this thread, including posters such as Canpakes, Gunnar, Analytics, and DrCamnPP, as well as all of the other fine little Marxists who despise western culture and white people.

Let's all come to terms with the fact that the Progressives hatred for Sydney Sweeney stems from the fact that she is a beautiful white woman with blonde hair, and Progressives believe that white people are the primary cause of all the issues that exist in the world.

Look at these two pictures, will we? On the left, progressives truly believed would encourage people to purchase items may be found on the left side of the page. During the height of wokeness, when progressives believed that their cult ideology was going to bring about positive change in the world, the photographs that are displayed on the left may be said to have been taken. As you look to the right, you will see a stunning woman who, after this advertisement was published, contributed to the stock of the company increasing by three hundred million dollars. In other words, human nature is human nature; people don't want to be reminded that they look like an ordinary person, they also want to be able to see beauty and fantasize about looking as nice as the person in the commercial. This is the fundamentals of marketing, and progressives have gone so far as to assume that the images on the left will actually sell a product because they have become so obsessed with their cult ideology.

More than sixty percent of male voters between the ages of 18 and 29 currently have a strong conservative leaning. In the warped mind of the progressives, they actually believe that calling Sweeney a Nazi because of a jeans commercial is helping their cult ideology reach more people in a positive manner, but people with common sense actually understand that calling Sweeney a Nazi is encouraging more male and female voters to vote for the conservatives because they are sick and tired of having to deal with people who remove the fun from every situation no matter how insignificant it may be. The demise of cultural wokeness is what we watching crumble at this very moment! Thank goodness!
