If someone insists that they *want* systemic racial discrimination because they enjoy the benefits, all you can do is either appeal to their moral sensibility or appeal to others to shun and shut them out of power. If you think it is human nature for slave owners to never give up their slaves, that's fine. Persuadeable people are out there. Yes, the only way to ameliorate systematic racial discrimination is to personally give up your job to someone else. Otherwise, you're a hypocrite or pro-racial discrimination. This is a reasonable view from someone who has thought honestly and carefully about the issue.

Meanwhile, back on planet Earth, the system itself promotes women and privileged minorities over Whites and un-privileged minorities at virtually every echelon, from education, to grants, to contracts, to promotion, and everything in between. Whites are openly discriminated against, held back, and judged not by the content of their character or their abilities, but rather on the unfortunate mistake of having been born with less pigment in their skin than people who get promoted based on gender, skin color, or minority status.

But no one seems to be able to answer the very basic question of:

How does one quantify White Privilege in order to equitably discriminate against White People?

If they're honest with themselves there is no good answer, it's an absurd and ridiculous assertion that can't be quantified on any reasonable level, and it's just a tool to justify being openly bigoted against a hierarchy of "privileged" people. It's damned Kafka levels of insanity. Who do YOU want judging YOU when it comes time to assess your worthiness to achieve success based on your abilities? White children, on average, are less likely to be suspended or expelled from school than black or latinx children for the same behavior. Having children less likely to be suspended or expelled from school is a form of white privilege that exists systemically due to a mixture of racism and implicit biases. Can you explain how white people have to behave in the manner you describe for this to be true?

Seems like your own, err, "special" reasoning could be turned on this position. So much for needing something like absolute cultural homogeneity for racial biases to exist in the system. But otherwise, lol. No, doc; it is overwhelmingly beneficial, on average, to be white in the United States due to a large range of racial advantages that constitute "white privilege." Gainsaying this, in part because you appear to refuse to engage academics above a ludicrous strawman level, doesn't help anything.

Who is advocating a quantifying discrimination and rectifying it by discriminating against white people in equal measure? I can't tell if this is your fun house mirror description of affirmative action or if you have something else in mind, but white privilege being a thing doesn't logically demand any particular solution and no one here is advocating anything like what you describe.
