Homeopathy is Ridiculous Frickin' Nonsense

Post by Nomomo »

I am curious if there are any in this forum who are so frickin' gawdamned stupid that they use Homeopathic remedies. If so you need to pull your head out of your asses an deal with reality. Homeopathy is the stupidest form of pseudoscientific medicine that there is. If you believe in homeopathic medicine then you obviously haven't done your homework. If you believe that you have done your homework and still believe in homeopathy then you are a frickin' gawdamned moron.

If you believe in homeopathy you are a damned intentional gawdamned moron, because you intentionally believe in ridiculous gawdamned 1600's Samuel Hahnemann moronic BS.

I agree! Even the flat earth hypothesis is less ridiculous than homeopathy!
No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

Homeopathy was the choice of early Mormons. It was championed in the last century by Sen. Orrin Hatch (M-Utah) and in this century by noted bleach and non-vaccine advocates such as Donald Trump and Evangelical Pastors. It might not be pretty, but it can find a use for tobacco leaves as a poultice for your cattle. So keep some leeches handy in case your bodily humours get out of whack. In the case of over-conservatism or Midgleyism, you might try trepanning.

Please tell us your negative experience with homeopathy that brought this up out of the blue.

A child I very much care for has a parent who uses homeopathic remedies. This child has had asthma and a urine infection in the past, two conditions that it would be asininely irresponsible to give a person a homeopathic preparation thinking it will have any positive effect in relieving their symptoms. Taking a homeopathic preparation is the exact same thing as doing nothing.

I have to admit that when I read the OP I misjudged you. If this is your anger regarding the well being of a child...I'm all IN.
