Was Trump's final tweet intended to tip off his minions that the Inauguration would be a safe target?

We can expect that some planning is now in the works for the disruption of the Inauguration. Hopefully the FBI or other law agency can discover and stop it before more lives are lost.

Twitter said the tweet concerning inauguration could be viewed as a further statement that the election was not legitimate. It also said that the tweet could be interpreted as Trump saying that the inauguration would be a "safe" target for violence because he would not be attending.

Absolutely this is what he meant. His psychology is to double down, no matter how bad it gets.
We can't take farmers and take all their people and send them back because they don't have maybe what they're supposed to have. They get rid of some of the people who have been there for 25 years and they work great and then you throw them out and they're replaced by criminals.

You certainly are not tired of being that yet, are you?
No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

Speaking of final Tweets. Apparently it’s a sort of ‘freedom for me, but not for thee’ type of mentality these people have:

You can’t make this up.

Biden dismissed Trump’s decision not to attend the inauguration, telling reporters on Friday that it was "one of the few things he and I ever agreed on."

A thoroughly presidential remark ...

A leader about to take on the solemn duties imposed on him by the Constitution and the votes of the American people cannot waste his and other peoples' time attending to the tantrums of a whiney loser, whose importance and influence are trending steadily downwards.

With every day that passes, Trump matters less and less to anyone. In six months from now, he may occasionally be in the news as the media report on his latest court appearance, but that will be about it.

I don't think this is a call to arms or even a call to go to the inauguration and cause mischief. Seems like he is just saying that he won't go and probably because he is a sore loser. However, Trump as revolutionary is a pretty good meme right now, so why not continue to exaggerate.

Exiled, do you think Pres. Trump shares some blame for the riot in the Capitol?

Not really. Just like I wouldn't have blamed Biden or whomever, I can't place this at Trump's feet. He didn't tell the capitol police to let the protesters inside their barricades. I don't know why the police didn't hold the line or why they were taking selfish with the protesters. They clearly fell down on the job.. Where was the national guard as well? The DC Mayor requested their presence days before the demonstration. Why weren't they there? There are always people who act like buffoons or criminally when crowds are that large. That's why the police/NG should have done their jobs.
