The great problem of any civilization is how to rejuvenate itself without rebarbarization.

What a stunning contrast between Abraham Lincoln, the first Republican President and arguably the greatest of all American Presidents, and Donald Trump, the latest of Republican Presidents and arguably the worst, most corrupt, most incompetent and most dishonest of all American Presidents. Even more stunning and heartbreaking to me is how this "Golden calf idol" of a president is effectively worshiped by such a disturbingly large proportion of Republican voters. The only real competence Trump has is his ability to scam others into supporting him by directly appealing the latent racist, religious and other forms of bigotry that still exists in the hearts and minds of the worst of us.
No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.
I am curious about what this image is. I certainly reminds me of Trump but the head does not look like him at least to my eyes. It looks like an art object by Jeff Koons, (?). That would be my guess based upon style.

I think the people are 'human statues' - real people who hold a pose while sprayed with metallic paint, in this case gold paint. The idea, presumably, is that Trump is driving his golf-cart through a cemetery.
Are those the tombstones of COVID victims? Or of 'loser' soldiers who got themselves killed? Could be either ...

That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.

Not only have I denounced the Big Lie, I have denounced the Big lie big lie.

I suspect it's supposed to be a parody of this:
Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.
