I didn't know that a study of Moses and/or how the church functioned in ancient times was exclusive to Mormon belief. Nor has it ever been apparent to me that a belief in one true church is exclusive to Mormon theology.
Prove to me from the scriptures that we can believe whatever we want and still find ourselves acceptable to God.
Also try responding to the Doctrine found in the scripture I posted. Reading it should take you a whole 2 minutes. don't strain yourself.

Perhaps you can give me a list of acceptable sources.

Your sarcasm does you no credit, Gaz. My temple recommend is as valid as yours, but even I can see the futility of preaching from LDS scripture to people who don't accept them as the word of God.
Belief? Why would God care about belief? God gave two commandments: love God, and love one another. Everything else is just details. One doesn't have to be Mormon to follow those commandments. One doesn't have to have authority, priesthood, or even a church to do both. All this nonsense about The One True Church or God's authority or The True Baptism is just details. Love God and Love One another. Do both of those things consistently your whole life long, and God will bless you all the days of your life. No other details needed.

One True Church

Las Vegas Temple
D&C 132:8-12
8 Behold, mine house is a house of order, saith the Lord God, and not a house of confusion.
9 Will I accept of an offering, saith the Lord, that is not made in my name?
10 Or will I receive at your hands that which I have not appointed?
11 And will I appoint unto you, saith the Lord, except it be by law, even as I and my Father ordained unto you, before the world was?
12 I am the Lord thy God; and I give unto you this commandment—that no man shall acome unto the Father but by me or by my word, which is my law, saith the Lord.
God accepts only those ordinances that are made under the power of His Holy Priesthood. And the ordinaces are necessary whether you believe in the Doctrine and Covenants or the Bible.
So the question is, who holds the priesthood authority to seal the ordinances of God upon the head of His children?
It is plainly obvious that belief is important to God, and that there is only One True Church.
