why me wrote:To my knowledge, many of the banned people over stepped the bounds of the board rules, by usually with a snide remark or flame throwing.

My ears are ringing, was that the dinner bell?

We do have critics over there who are well behaved and respectful.

Many of us have the tread marks on our back to confirm this.

But as I said at MAD, this celestial board seems like a nice place to be. I am impressed so far.

Good stuff. This is the Place. The Terrestrial forum is pretty swell as well.

Welcome aboard CG. I was sorry to see the lost of John Paul II (gosh has it been 2 years already?). He was one of the few religious leaders I have any respect for. I like(d) your posts on early church history on FAIR/MAD (that's you right?).

Well, Juliann made personal attacks on me and quite a few other people too.

Juliann posting private correspondence wasn't very nice either. She must be losing a lot of fans these days, if she had any to begin with.

She'll always have Charity, I guess. Burning bridges at such a young age, (how old is she anyway?), isn't the smartest thing to be doing, what with networks and how they function or don't function, as the case may be.

Just my .02 about the other board and its apologist. Ma&D is right.
I detest my loose style and my libertine sentiments. I thank God, who has removed from my eyes the veil...

I voted "exmormon". I'm only a "sometimes critic". Overall, I'm pretty mellow in my criticisms, and adopt a live and let live philosophy. I pick my battles carefully, and with the realization that burned bridges can be hard to rebuild. I'm still enough of an idealist to believe that LDS and ex-LDS can still co-exist in a peaceful and respectful way. Maybe I'm naïve, but ......maybe not?

What do you think of Maklelan's thread on ECF's that's here?

Exmormon and critic. Or critique-al.
