Ray has some serious cog dis regarding Mormonism. Any comment or opinion he shares is subject to a 180 degree reversal at anytime. I can't understand why anyone would take this guy seriously. (I suppose no one really does take him seriously.)

I agree for sure with this.

I do feel sorry for the man, however.

I totally agree with this....his last posts here made me feel quite a few things (I figured out three main stages which follow):

Stage 1: First I was irritated by his delusional comparisons of Mormon critics to Nazis and his Chicken Little-esque doomsday prophecies that a Mormon genocide was coming (a.k.a. "The Sky is Falling, The Sky is Falling") based on a couple of pissed off RfM posters.
Stage 2: Next I got rather pissed off as he flailed about like a complete bastard, profanely attacking anyone and everyone (including fairly new people such as Blixa who hadn't gotten the memo that RayA was taking a vacation from civility and thus he offended about everyone within a 48 hr period).
Stage 3: Finally I just wrote him off as a very passionate but confused nut, somewhere between (Chris Farley's SNLcharacter) Matt Foley the Motivational Speaker and Keith Richards.

Anyway, hopefully he'll figure out what the heck he wants and will find some type of spiritual peace.

You know, I can only wonder how long it will be until he flip-flops back over to the ex-mo side.....

It'll happen as soon as an apologist insults him.

I'd like to start a rumor if you don't mind. Has anyone been reading RFM? Is Ray really Gitmo?

I still feel awful about my last few exchanges with Ray on this board. For the life of me I can't understand what motivated him to say such things.

Doubt it. RL details and writing style don't match.

Stupid moniker, though.

For the benefit of those who are inexperienced in the ways of the East Coast, allow me to enlighten you. A scenario:

You talkin' to me?
Yeah, I'm talkin' to you, you got a problem with that?
Yeah, whatch you gonna do about it?
Yeah, you wanna step out side and I'll SHOW you what I'm gonna do!
Oh yeah, your mother.

In 5 years will we see Shiz and Coriantumr switch places as Coggins vehemently attacks the Church and Scratch aggressively defends it? Stay tuned. :)

Hello,
I used to be an LDS Apologist on a couple of Evangelical Christian Message Boards many, many years ago. Now I Flipped flopped, and I am no longler an LDS Apologist, but I am now pretty much an LDS critic. I am now proud to be a critic of 19th Century Mormon Polygamy, and a critic of the Translation of the Book of Abraham.
