Any "Sex and the City" fans out there?

Post by _Yoda »

OK, I admit it. I am a die-hard "Sex and the City" addict. I own the whole series on DVD, and have Season 6 downloaded to my Ipod.

I just heard that the "Sex and the City" movie is ON AGAIN!

Yay!

Sorry but I have never watched it. I was a fan of Square Pegs when I was a kid though. Does that count?

Sure! Gotta love Sarah Jessica Parker! ;)

Watch a Sex and the City episode sometime. They have the re-runs on TBS and HBO all the time.

C'mon, ladies! NO fans of SATC?

No one watched hunky John Corbett play Aiden in Season 4 and thought Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) was a stupid fool in letting him go?

*sigh*

I'm babbling....LOL

For anyone interested, I have a very naughty fan fiction episode I wrote about Carrie and Aiden.

PM me and I'll send it to you. It won't make a whole lot of sense if you haven't watched the show, though.

I'd like to help out Liz, but I never liked it! I am also no fan of Sarah Jessica Parker, either, or her husband, The Manslaughterer. Furthermore, Candice Bushnell is sheer and utter hell.

I do however adore Chris Noth.

Personally I think SJP did her best work while fronting Twisted Sister!

Ok, I know you hate me for that one Liz but you have to admit it was a little funny even if it is an old joke.

Isn't he one of the detectives in one of the Law and Order series (SVU, Criminal Intent, or the regular one--I think it's Criminal Intent, the one that had Vincent D'Onofrio)? I love Law and Order...it's formulaic writing/plotting and standard scene structuring. It's a comfort blanket. I like it much better than CSI. I do, however, really like CSI: Miami because it is such a train wreck of a TV show. David Caruso has to be one of the best worst actors in the history of television. His line delivery is Shatneresque. I like the way he never looks people in the eye. He's always staring at some indistinct point just over their shoulder. I like how when it's time to kick ass, he's leading the way (sans bulletproof vest) with his pistol drawn. I like the way I've attempted to derail this thread from Sex in the City to Law and Order to David Caruso.

Nice, but I still like this one, "Hey Sarah Jessica! Why the long face?"
