I thought DCP was responding in kind; while I don't defend that and do it sometimes myself, reading the comment in the flow of the thread takes some of the edge off. You guys ought to start a We Hate DCP club.

I like DCP. He is clever and funny. He holds up his end in these type of discussions.
As to having foibles and discrepencies, don't we all?

Well, except that most folks here don't hate DCP. Read the responses.

I certainly don't. It's that sort of black or white thinking that poisons any well (a seemingly-typical LDS apologetic move).

It's tough to be held to your explicit, unvarnished, opinions, I guess. Typically, LDS would argue that such are mere opinions--non-official. That's how I view DCP's statements, in all domains.

Now, who has written that he hates DCP, I'd like to know? I haven't read anything of the sort, here. Rather the opposite, actually.

Attempting to make this about hating DCP is a red herring. No one has suggested anything of the kind--least of all me.

I certainly don't hate DCP, and he is often entertaining. However, he can be quite malicious to individuals he's decided deserve targeting.

He can do what he wants, but it seemed for a moment he was denying any trash talk. But if he acknowledges it for what it is, carry on.
